The aim

The aim of “PPP” Ltd. Investment Department is to provide real estate market evaluation, offering flexible individual solutions to every client. Consulting on real estate development issues involves drawing up project concepts, evaluation of project opportunities and success, best choice research, as well as economic, market segmentation, regional and financial analysis, project risk and competition evaluations and potential sponsorship solutions, such as borrowed capital or investor involvement for project implementation.

 Our advisers can prepare concepts for both residential and commercial real estate project’s, provide analysis of various real estate objects, feasibility studies, investment projects and real estate development business plans. The advisors can also professionally consult on stages of project implementation and real estate project structuring.
